Sleep is the most important for basically everything.
There’s a huge difference between healthy fats and unhealthy fats. Healthy fats (MCT oils, avocado oil, extra virgin olive oil, omega 3’s) are highly beneficial for skin health and reduce the signs of skin aging. I think it’s important to make this distinction, because the way you put it might confuse some people into thinking they need to stop taking in healthy fats in order to make their skin look better.
😂 I always take my skin to the gym 😂
Castor oil
Sunscreen sleep exercise and diet.. heard this before
Sex is good for your skin but nobody ever mentions it
You might find the tip in Dr Greger's book "How Not to Age" interesting. On page 454, he recommends mixing 3g of ascorbic acid (V-C) with 30g of water in an eyedropper bottle, put 4-5 drops in your hand and use your finger tips to spread it on your face, neck upper chest- daily. It is also a great book, btw.
Not all fats are bad for skin, olive oil, avocado, nuts, fatty fish, etc are clearly good for skin
