im super intrigued by Thomas videos and clickbait, but for the life of me i need a summary. i fall asleep trying to extract information i swear
Been taking NAC for a few years, later I added quercetin, and more recently glycine, for the GlyNac benefits, I used to get colds/flu 2 to 3 times a year, now I haven't had a cold, or flu in over 3 years. I did get mild covid though, no lasting complications, I think it would have been much worse without my supplement regimen before even a regular flu used to keep me sick for a couple weeks.
After watching I still have no idea what the supplement to avoid is unless this a joke. I know a few zombies but ive never seen zombie cell supplements before.
"You are a little weird, so you shouldn't have babies?" I think that's called "eugenics."
I was hoping this video was going to be about fiber. 😂
Maybe the reason we live well beyond our productive years is because we are social animals and older people help their family group survive better as they have the life experience to guide the group. Improved survival of kin.
Quercetin is in most herbs. Green tea, cinnamon, ginger, basil, many, many, many, even some fruits
