Happen to finish my longest fast this morning 39.5 hours
The longer fasting is researched, it will always come on top. People have been fasting since people have been around, a truly ancient practice. It's not that way for no reason.
So basically u would benefit from fasting if u are not already exposed to a lot of stress in ur life, otherwise, fasting could add even more stress and become harmful
