Drink room temperature water. 1 litre (4 cups) first thing in a.m. 16 oz 20s; 20 oz 40s; 24 oz 50 years+ 30 min. before eating a meal 500 ml water between lunch & dinner

As a guy that 65 and drink a lot of water it's interesting to hear I should be doing it a little differently

My ex husband used to say water doesn't make you less hungry, it makes you less thirsty. People say not to drink a lot of water with meals, so maybe water a half hour before eating is smart.
