I opt for wild caught sardines instead of salmon, most of the time. Not everyone’s choice, I agree. But, for me, a more affordable option.

I realized swimming resolve many health problems. Something about water exercise can ease joints pain, heart function, digestive system, nervous system, give you a good night sleep, good mood, total body workout, the whole health package in a simple activity as swimming. No wonder swimmers, surfers always look happy in a good mood.
