Description

These foods may help you reverse and prevent hair loss… If you truly want to thrive, make meat and organs the center of your diet. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: http://lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt In this video, I talk about the importance of many unique nutrients found in red meat for optimal hair health… I firmly believe that diet is the biggest lever you can pull to heal and improve your health… It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet... I've been eating a lot more meat and organs over the last couple of months due to following Saladino's advice, and I swear I'm seeing my hair thicker and fuller already! I noticed this before even seeing this video or knowing this would happen.

Thank you!! As a Mexican growing up I was fed a lot of beans and tortillas lol. I always disliked it and wanted more meat, but in Mexico meat was not encouraged. I would sneak to the kitchen and eat steak or chew on the bones to get to the marrow Now Im all for eating animal based and feel better than ever! Hopefully I can regrow my hair

I started doing things right by taking out ultra processed food and eating like Paul about 2 years ago and it's taken all this time for my hair to grow back. It's not completely back like it was, but it's pretty close.

You can soak pumpkin seeds, beans, lentils, seeds, nuts and so on and highly reduce the amount of phytic acid in order to get the nutrients from them. It's something our ancestors have done for thousands of years for that reason.
