4:01 Exercise is more powerful than Fasting. Those who came for a quick answer.
My experience with fasting for 24 hours or more has been that it takes me to a level of alertness and cognitive superiority and a "high" that I've never experienced with working out. Though I admit I'm not a long distance runner and never will be. So for me fasting clears and cleans the mind and body in a way exercise cannot.
Fasting, saved my life. Exercise did not work without it. I saw more results in 96 hours of fasting than I ever did in YEARS of exercise. It takes both, but fasting is the answer.
Been omad paleo 3 years reversed a slew of disease lost 217 lbs. Never felt better at 50. Seriously saved my life. God Bless πβοΈπβοΈπ
I unknowingly did an experiment, I have lost 20 lbs and had been keeping it off. Low sugar, 1-2 meals on a 18-6 intermittent fasting. But the last week I let my guard down and allowed snacks before bedtime, and I even ate pretzels in bed ππ³! I've acquired 5lbs grrrr! Showing myself grace, but no more goodies! π
I'm pleased that you mentioned the name of Jason Fung. I believe that we owe him that, to give him due credit. And he works in mainstream medicine! What a hero. Thanks again

You need both fasting and fitness. He is forgetting that fasting autophagy has plenty of benefits. The stomach eats itself (bad junk) and cleans itself. Kills bad cells renews old protiens/amino acids. Kills parasites, bad bacteria , infections, fungus , molds and even cancer. Clears inflammation Stimulates growth hormones, rejuvenation and detoxification.
