I live in the Caribbean and I have an Avocado tree in my garden. Every day I eat 3-4 big Avocados with chopped fresh ginger and turmeric root, vinegar, salt, fresh black pepper, 2 -3 pieces of garlic and 1-2 Cayenne pepper mixed as Guacamole. I canceled bread and all carbs 3 weeks ago. I eat this Avocado mix at 12 with 2 eggs, a good amount of fresh celery and a little bit of cheese melted over the eggs. It tastes very good. In the evening at 6 pm I eat the rest of my avocado mix with a bit of chicken or a small can of sardines in oil or some sausages. I changed all the sugar drinks for green tea with some cloves. I started exercises and I loose 1 pound per day with this lifestyle. I have not tested my blood but I am sure this will revert my insulin resistance.

In my country, Dominican Rep, is customary to have an avocado wedge every day with lunch or dinner, or both. Dominicans get upset if they miss their avocado. Now we don't even have to wait for avocado season. We get it all year round ❤
