Great discussion on stem cells, but the title is misleading. The podcast doesn't mention a specific 15% increase in stem cells or detail a "proper diet" for this. Instead, it covers general stem cell biology, its importance in health, and broad lifestyle factors that may support stem cell health. While informative, the content doesn't match the clickbait title. It would be helpful if the title accurately reflected the actual conversation.
Tom, seven years ago as an old high end athlete I tore my right shoulders rotator cartilage. I was 63yrs old. I discovered Keto and saw its health benefits right away so I got serious. In six weeks I was throwing a football again and helping my wife with her tennis. I couldn't believe it.
He totally dodged the question about fasting for stem cells. Also he seems more interested in talking about his stem cell banking process then the future of yamanaka factors which will make his stem cell banking process worthless. I would label this guy as strongly biased.
Anyone interested, look up fasting and stem cells.
As someone who was immensely interested in this before college and is now in college working towards becoming a tissue engineer, this is the best episode yet.
'make more stem cells' That's encouraging I had heard we had a limited supply
NO, He do not reveal how to increase!
If inflammatory signals in the body leave a trail for the stem cells, does taking anti-inflammatory medications interfere with the communication between the body and the stem cells?
I prefer Dr Dunning dry fast protocol
Thanks for hosting me Thomas! What a pleasure.
