How credible is Attia if his most famous client died pretty young?
I smoked 40 years. I was always active. But not in peak health at all. (Also a hard drinker on weekends) I quit 6 or 7 years ago and really got serious about cycling and hiking. I do one or the other everyday. I probably get 120-140 minutes of vigorous exercise (zone 3 and 4)and 200 minutes of moderate exercise (zone 2] per week. I feel great. My heart is very strong, my lungs are getting clearer and clearer (probably my most stubborn health aspect to improve) . Blood work is great. It’s never too late to turn your health around. I think in a couple years I’m not going to feel like I ever smoked.

Is Peter and Huberman together eating their disgusting overly processed, filled with seed oils David bar!? These “longevity experts” are complete sellouts and hypocrites.
I've been saying this for years... All of these influencers are aging the same as everyone else. None of them; not the fasters, not the people taking brain pills, not the carnivores or vegans, NONE of them are adding significant years to their lives. That's not to say lifestyle has no affect... Keeping in shape via exercise and whole foods will keep you in a healthier state as you age, giving you quality of life. And obviously habitual bad habits will shorten it or lower quality of life as you age. But these are asshats selling magic beans to 'bio hack' or keep you young forever... It's garbage. And now that they're all visibly aging the same as everyone else, the new claim is... 'but my insides are 20'... No they are not... If you look old on the outside, you're old on the inside. Maybe not in spirit, but in body. None of us are perfect. I just try to balance it out. I'm going to drink, so maybe I exercise and fast more in hopes of evening it out. Others might be the opposite...
