I think the most useful part of this whole video is that he doesn't have a sit down job. He never sits around gaining weight he is always moving.
I love how Thomas lets his guests fully finish their thought process and statement without interrupting like so many others do… often at the worst time where it’s the most important part of the statement. Enjoying the content 👍
Love this guy. Finally, someone who is realistic and isn’t encouraging us to be dogmatic in our ways. Eat to fuel, eat to live and work hard af. Love it.
I want to drive this home. I used to be friends on Fitbit with my still trainer. I was stunned at how many steps and activity he got just from his work. I have started to try to simply emulate it with the easiest method I can think of which is steps. His steps frequently got up to 20000 steps a day. So dammit that's what I do. I think sometimes people erroneously say metabolism when really what's happening is the person is fidgeting and moving and doing stuff all day. And they burn more calories. Simple as that.
I think the most important thing is that this guy is completely in tune with his body, he actually feels how much fuel his body needs and doesn’t go over that. This is regardless of where the fuel comes from.
Them peptides be helping too NGL 😂
I love him! I remember coming across his instagram years back. So cool to see him being given a platform to speak and share his thoughts. Thanks, Thomas!
BILL MAEDA is so down to Earth and honest. He is so honest to a fault. No BS from him. I have so much respect for him and I thank him for sharing in this great video. Also, thank you Thomas for this video!
I've always noticed when I'm getting leaner there's one common sign....and that's when I feel a little hungry before bed on a regular basis, the waist gets smaller.
This is the most unique interview and realistic to me
