Everything works if you are under 30.
I work out fasted all the time. It feels like crap and my performance sucks. But I can’t argue with the results, I dropped 50 lbs in 5 months….so! I especially like to do a long bike ride fasted.
The Salt reducing Hunger may actually be that the Brain gets confused about Thrist. In Obese people, a very common error is Eating when they're actually thristy. This phenomenon of confusing Thirst for Hunger may be more prevalent than realized.
Mate I’ve followed you and Dr Eric over the last few years and really went for it back in October and I’ve lost 25kg but also I’m now training, playing tennis again and feeling great. It’s all though down to wanting to do it and not giving up which is so hard. I even had a break for 2 weeks and in that time I walked so much but was able to eat and drink a bit and I still ended up losing 2kg. I wish everyone to do their best and that’s all you can do. Btw I’m 55
about 12 years ago i wanted to get super lean, during my cut i was drinking xtend bcaas all day every day, and i did get super lean, and lost almost no muscle.
LoL once upon a time, my Mother-In-Law suggested a "hard boiled egg and hot dog" diet. I wasn't opposed to it, and tried it for a time. With what I know now, if I had committed to it, it might have been effective! Bro.
I remember when I started taking creatine in the mid 1990s bro sign said to drink it with grape juice
Delicious fresh bread and butter.. oh man I know it’s not good for me but I do love it. I’m still praying for the day studies show carbs is great for us. ( I don’t hold my breath)
Mix carbs and protein Mix fat and protein Don't mix carbs and fat Makes perfect sense
Low intensity fasted cardio is very effective. Go for a 1hr walk when you first wake up, causes your body to specifically target fat stores for energy. 😉
