Zone 2 for 70%, weights for 25%, and high intensity for 5% for me. Excellent video, cool to learn about some history there too!

The older I get the more brilliant Coach Dan John becomes. He has never claimed to be a guru or a genius, and yet everything he has written about over the last 30 years seems to get revealed to be research lead thoughts by others. Thank you for sharing this.

Excellent video Dr. Stanfield - has something any one can use. The historical training sequence was eye-opening. How far we've come.... or have we?

Fascinating, thank you! I particularly enjoyed the history lesson. Well done for collating all this data, which must have taken quite some time.

One of your best explainer videos. Hopefully once the algo has settled down, you'll be able to give it a more descriptive name.
