My cardiologist wanted to know how I significantly lowered my Insulin Resistance, lowered my triglycerides, reduced my inflammation and dropped a significant amount of weight. I told him it was simple, I applied what I have learned from your instructional videos and the results are lowering my biological age and improving the quality of my life.
