Your work is appreciated. My daily diet avoids all of these toxins. The only added sweetener I use is one teaspoon of raw unfiltered honey per day. It would be viewed as a very boring diet by most, but at 63 years of age this coming Sunday, I've never been a burden on our health care system and doctors don't know my name.

My daughter told me a girl at her school gets a custom coffee drink at Dutch Bros that is 1,200 calories by itself. She has one almost daily. I looked at their menu and they have a milkshake that has 173 grams of sugar in it. This generation sees this as okay since they see these pharma commercials on T.V. that tell them they can take a little pill to help with the T2D that they'll get later on. We held cigarette companies liable for what they created, so when will we hold food and drug companies responsible for what they have created?
I told myself that I am a health champions on my way to the doctor. .. So get out of my way local doctors.. that's how keto fasting got me.
It's hard to find Free weight loss+ health Doctors anywhere . But after Finding out what the real organic Dr Ekberg and Dr Berg videos I can do anything & I can even see my feet when I stand up 😂 400lbs to 249 .... Feeling like flying into the morning sun bath as long as I have a cup of coffee and without the neighbors cat jumping on my legs 😂
Eating habits have changed drastically since I was a kid in the 70s and I see the unfortunate consequences all around me every day. It's pretty sad.
6:00 for decades I was taught that these health issues were the cause of poor health. I didn’t realize that that logic begs the question. All of these health problems are symptoms of the root cause which is of course my poor life choices. Thank you, Dr. Ekberg for leading me back to reality and logic. The numbers don’t lie.
