When a study like this comes out it means someone is worried about losing money.
I'm so sick and tired of "studies" and "media" interpeting the studies.
This is more of a "study" about people who will believe anything a headline says.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY ... when I fast I feel amazing. When I eat regularly I feel like utter crap and I also can't control my compulsions so I always choose the wrong foods. Fast foods. Processed foods. If you are strict in that you can always choose the right foods and nutrients by all means eat several times a day. But intermittent fasting helps food addicts like myself to stay in control.
I agree with you, Dr. Ekberg 100%. My brother had a heart attack when he was 49 and is still alive today. He was Personal Type A, and ate fast food almost daily. My dad was Personal Type A, a chronic smoker, ate fast food and died of congestive heart attack when he was 80. I am 65 today, I am Personal Type B, exercise four or five times a week, non-smoker, ate only meal in a day, rarely ate fast food and meats.
One positive I will say about intermittent fasting is it’s not trying to sell you anything, infact it’s doing the opposite.
