I've been doing keto for 2 years, no more pre diabetes, no more obesity. And I've maintained My weight loss for 1 year .
I started the 30 day challenge yesterday, 1/5. Ive been diabetic since 1999. I was put on insulin about 2 years later. I am 62 now and feel worse than I ever have. I have been working very determinedly to reverse these issues. I came across yor channel on 1/4 andI watched your video on the benefits of cutting sugar out of my diet. It was the motivation and information I needed. I made the commitment on the spot. I have had the pattern to cut sugar and as soon as I start feeling better I allow myself a sugar reward. Just prior to being diagnosed I quit smoking cold turkey with a resolve that my life depends on it. I felt that same resolve to quit sugar. On top of that resolve I recieved a Jumpstart this morning with my A1c dropping from 6.8 to 6.1. It is the first time I have been at the normal range since 2003. I am on the edge of control.😊
