For those that cant or wont eat veggies, meat and eggs are fine.
I am fond of Osso Bucco. That’s labeled beef shanks at the market. The bone in this is full of marrow and adds collagen to the cooking liquid. Also, I save the BONES in the freezer when I eat chicken wings. All the remaining collagen at the end of those bones makes great bone broth. My bone broth is so dense that it gels. That’s how to tell you’ve got the REAL thing. 🦋

This is one of the most thoughtful, well-balanced and informative talks I’ve heard on nutrition and dietary health. No repetitive fluff. There is even clarity on foods that are of great benefit in small or moderate amounts but can be harmful in excess or in those with certain conditions. Thank you!
