I'm 30 and a victim of alcoholic, abusive father in a house where we never spoke about emotions or feelings so I never knew how to express myself in a healthy way, so I ended up having panic attacks since I was 15. I feel depressed, inferior and hopeless now because I was suppressing my real emotions and distracting myself for years in order not to feel so bad all the time. I never left like I could do anything to change my life and situation so I learned this helplessness. There is nothing more that I dream about right now than to change my life and change how I feel most of the time. To have strength, patience and resilience in order to take control of my own life. I wish there was someone like Mel in my life to tell me 'You can do it, I'm here for you'.

Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don’t feel alone anymore. What really helped me start overcoming the pain and actually move toward my goals was reading Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers, it opened my eyes in ways I didn’t expect. Always remember, don’t be depressed about the past, don’t worry about the future, and just focus on today. ❤

Omg this is probably the BEST guest you’ve ever had Mel. Just wow! And when you “find that joy that comes from being alone” it’s life changing. And peace comes from that

If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. After checking it out on youtube and reading it things have been flowing—money, peace, confidence. Maybe this is your moment too. Stay open. Wishing you more than you ever imagined! 💫💰

Listening to this felt like taking a deep breath I didn’t know I needed. The reminder that peace isn’t found in a perfect world but in how we choose to meet it is everything. Thank you for creating space for these kinds of conversations, they reach the part of us that’s been quietly waiting to be seen.

Mel, you came at a despicable time. As I sit on my balcony looking at the stars and thinking "at least im alive", it was a sentence I was trying to convince myself of, not one I truly believe, but one I wish I did. Sending love.

i used to cry in silence after he’d talk down to me in front of ppl. made me feel crazy. like i was asking too much. then i read this book called veylarim by sofia amoretti… it ain’t even popular or anything but it rlly did smth. i didn’t say anything to him. just moved different. stopped overexplaining. stopped chasing. few days later he’s like “you ok?” and actually LOOKING at me when i talk. haven’t felt that in forever. if u feel like u losing urself… this helped me remember who i am.
