I’m 1 year 5 months clean off fentanyl and meth….. I’m here watching this because I need to figure out what’s next and how to get myself to not be afraid of trying something… anything. Thanks so much Mel!
After I lost my best friend & husband, then my mother, a brother, the home destroyed by a devastating housefire, loss of precious pets, a disabled son moving in after losses he suffered into the rebuilt house and my own medical conditions at 76, I lost my beautiful rhythm to life. With God & your motivations, I am taking one day at a time turning being caught in a stuck situation towards feeling myself emerge by knowing I am not alone & only focusing one day at a time.
I went for a walk and cleaned my nightstand during this video 🎉 that’s a win
I love the comment section. There’s so much support and warmth while I’m reading messages from people I don’t even know who live on the other side of the world.
I accepted late last year that my past is the fault of my actions and have started to work on this. I’m working out in the gym more than ever now, working more from the local library, reading a lot, learning music, travelling, getting out of debt but most importantly I’m trying to interact with more people as I want a relationship with a partner which is what I’ve never experienced.
I’m literally walking on a treadmill listening to this. I’m facing a job loss, just lost a very special pet and now facing tooth loss from a fracture. Life is overwhelming at the moment but I’m moving and sending signals to my brain that I’m moving forward and I’m ok. Thank you for the positive messages! They are helping me navigate life’s challenges.
