Im honestly shaking as I write this because I finally feel like I have my life back. Then I stumbled across this little book called The Peasants Prescription by Grace Wild, and it felt like finding a treasure map that Big Pharma buried. I stopped following mainstream health advice, started eating like my great-grandmother, and my doctor is baffled by my latest bloodwork.
Ancient Civilizations had it all figured out. The more and more weight loss, strength building, endurance building, vitality, anti-aging etc you hear … the more it sounds like Ancient Rome, Greece, China, Japan, Russia… I think we took a huge step back since WW2 on healthy living.
Some of these bespoke studies man. Just saying, that sleep study you quoted doesn't have a statistically significant difference in weight lost between groups.
55-60 is cold? That's shorts weather. Lol
Low carb over long time might wreck your hormones, talking about T3. I would do Refeeds at least

If cold temperatures worked the way you described it then everybody north of Ohio would be thin. It doesn’t work that way. Your body has its own inner temperature (98.6°) and unless the cold is directly touching your skin I haven’t found it to have an effect. I have had my house at 55° in the winter and I never lost a pound. It doesn’t work that way
