My mum lived to 96 and was sharper than any younger people I know, she was extraordinary, she drank copious quantities of milk all her life, we are in the U.K.

Every breed of cow will have some A1 cows and some A2 cows. Milk at the store is a mix of the two. Unless you buy a brand called A2 milk. A small farmer has to test each cow to determine if it is A1 or A2. He sends some hairs from the cow's tail to be tested at the University of California. The entire protein of the cow is A1 or A2. The test is cheap, about $35. I buy A2 raw milk from a small dairy farmer.

My kids could never tolerate "regular" milk. Then we tried organic and found that as long as we chose the better organic brands, all the tummy issues disappeared...it made me wonder about dairy in the US. We are a 1st world country, and forget obesity due to inactivity, we seem to be killing ourselves with the way our food is processed, not to mention all the plastic we end up consuming. We have the resources and we need to demand changes. We all know the dirty little secret is that profit drives industry, which translates into cheap as possible, and change costs. But, by George, we are going to destroy ourselves if we don't find a way to outmaneuver Big Pharma, Big Food, and Big Farm!

I liked how you gave us the study first instead of stringing us along. Then, broke it down.

All my inflammatory markers dropped when I switched to goat milk and goat, sheep cheese and a2 cheese. (Dr. Gundry says cheese from France and Italy are a2 Guernsey cows, the brown and white ones. This made a significant difference for me.
