This is one of the best of your videos! I've learned so much from you, and this one actually is life-changing! This 75-year-old diabetic needed both the review of stuff I knew and have forgotten, the info I've missed along the way, and mostly the attitude adjustment suggestions!

My fasting is gonna keep me young forever.
You can alternate the intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast. Later in the week eat breakfast and skip dinner. There's a hormonal effect when we eat as well. It's good to mix it up
3 1/2 years on keto and I ate cherries this year during the season. I had cravings for sweets for a month after eating them. Sugar addiction is real.
Now we know that nobody really knows everything about fitness, we just gotta try different things until we find what at work for each individual
