Wanted to say thank you too for all the vids...I have been super depressed, lost my girl, my house, car, etc. And doing everything I can to loose weight and get back in shape and I'm down 75lbs so far thanks to your tips

You can alternate the intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast. Later in the week eat breakfast and skip dinner. There's a hormonal effect when we eat as well. It's good to mix it up

3 1/2 years on keto and I ate cherries this year during the season. I had cravings for sweets for a month after eating them. Sugar addiction is real.
