Please summarize this video. information overload
each morning at the crack of dawn I head out for a walk with my dog. It starts out with a bit of uphill trail and so I can easily judge my energy level. Some mornings I have great energy and others my legs feel like they are made of lead. Days of low energy after after eating some carbs and my body trying to switch back to burning fat. I like to go to bed in ketosis and wake up in ketosis. I walk 4000 steps half uphill half down and I do it fasted, do not eat or drink coffee until I come back from the walk. I walk 4000 more in the afternoon and eat my dinner when I return. My dog does the same :) I might have 20-30 grams of carbs in a day. 50 grams will put ketosis on hold but it will come back quickly. 100 grams of carbs will kick me out of ketosis for 1-2 days, I do not like this feeling so I avoid it. I eat a lot of animal protein and some fat but not much.
