16 to 20 hour fasting works for me with an occasional 40-48 hour fast. Stick with what works for you.

Yeah... Fasting back in 2016 was simple... Do it for as long as you can, and it would cure everything with no side effects.
My last meal of the day is no later than 3pm and I don't eat until 9am and skip lunch. I already noticed that my gut health has improved and my cognition has also increased.
I fast 20/4 with an emphasis on high protein, clean food and On Sundays I eat all day to keep my body guessing and I am down 200 pounds in 2 years 💪. I welcome any thoughts or advice …🤔
It’s insane how underrated book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico still is. Anyone serious about peak testosterone should’ve read this already.
