1000cal deficit Monday to Saturday and 2 million calories surplus on Sunday works fine for me! Yo hembin fak that shit and just drink green tea!
One of the best videos you've put out in a while, bravo! Fairly easy steps, outside of the peptides, and all seem like they would be highly effective. I'm going to pick out the best 5 and try out for the next couple of weeks and add more, not in a super hurry to get shredded.
Why say 1 month then say 8-12 weeks
