To make it simple…all I did was turn my 3 daily heavy carb meals into 2 carnivore meals and one meal with protein +30-50g carbs. About 12yrs ago I got a skin tag removed on my back but it grew back in the form of a thick keloid scar the size of my thumb. Kept growing continuously til my meal change 3 years ago. Now it’s 90% gone and flattened out. I also figure that the rest of the inflammation in my body systemically has also been reduced.
Cut the carbs temporarily. Resistance exercises and more movements. Berberine supplements. Then Increase intensity of exercise. Add CoE Q10 Alpha lipoic acid. Nad+ precursors from food Zone 2 cardio 45 min. 3 times pr week TRF,18/6 Then Strategic additions of healthy carbs
