My libido and testosterone took a quantum leap when i stopped pure keto (dreadful) Andy increase my carb intake to 1.5 grams per body weight. My sleep improved as did my HIIT workouts. Now is eat lots of oats, potato’s and rice. My lean mass hav and strength have increased as well. Love the carbs man

Fenugreek increases progesterone, which is a precursor to testosterone. Among a bunch of other helpful things.

I love pine nuts but I found that they produce an undesirable metallic taste in my mouth if I consume more than a few for a few days in a row.
