Quitting alcohol let me lose about 15 lbs in 2 months. It was the one thing holding me back, didn't change anything else.

I cannot tolerate wheat in the US., but in Germany my colon does not go into rebellion. My conclusion: it’s not about gluten. It is about US wheat being sprayed with glycopvhosphates. 🦋
