Your information on collagen powder was great and my favorite part began at minute 21 minute 22.
Excellent discussion with a lot of good points. The mental and social aspects are extremely important and we become more and more aware of this every day Things like this need to be brought up a lot more often.
I value this conversation so much!! Spot on.
Just grateful for the relax message and be ok with not being in the top 1% and getting away from the all or nothing mentality. Just watching this helped me relax.
As a dad that sneaked yesterday 15 min to the gym twice, just between the music and french lessons of my two kids , oh boy I totally relate. Also thanks for advice on collagen, I had meniscal tear surgery last december and just getting back to squat, looking forward to run and jump
I’m human. I have allergies. Funny enough never had them before Covid…. But yes, my allergies snuck up on me in this episode. So apologies for the sniffling - please be kind.
So true..."when you have kids you realize how little time there is in the day". Just get in a workout of some kind whether its 10min or 2hours, and realize your life is not in the same place it was prior to having kids...Your priorities are different and so your mindset with regards to working out needs to be as well.
This man makes much more sense than many of your guests.
