I cant tell you how much i appreciate you! On Jan 14 I was diagnosed type II. It threw me for a loop. I refused to go on meds. Thinking I'd fix it with diet and exercise. Two weeks in I found your videos.. and what you said made so much sense. Long story short. Had my blood test on the 14th. My dr nearly fell out when she saw the results! I am Proud to say I'm no longer diabetic.. my a1c went from 7.2 to 5.2 in 3 month.. Thank YOU! I Heard what you said! I learned what you said!

As an RN for over 40 years, the most difficult part of your teachings is to move away from the old school thoughts. Specifically, that a 1-hour postprandial blood sugar of 140 is normal, and a 2-hour postprandial blood sugar of 120 is normal. This new teaching that blood sugars should not rise considerably after a meal is something I'm working to grasp, and using a CGM is helping. Thank you for not staying with conventional (and often unhealthy) medical advice! ❤😊
