I was really hoping pizza was on the list.
I make my own dried chick pea snacks! I drain and rinse a tin if organic chick peas, add my own seasoning (salt, garlic, pepper, Paprika, a little olive oil), roast them on low heat until dry 😋I’m one of those hippy dippy types you see munching on a container of chick peas!
The dried fruit case is pretty weak.

Yet the best processed foods weren’t mentioned. 🤔 Curated meats without synthetic additives like Prosciutto (high in branch chain amino acids, and the high CLA content has been proven to improve metabolism), aged cheeses (probiotics, minerals, protein, fat soluble vitamins and MCTs if the cheese comes from goat or sheep), and fermented vegetables like sauerkraut (tremendous prebiotic effect and micronutrient density).
Something else regarding seaweed is that it probably expands in the stomach since it’s dried
On tomato sauce, you have to be careful and read the labels b/c a lot of products are made with omega-6 heavy soybean and other seed oils. Look for those made with olive oil.
What about lectins in peanuts ?
