I recently started taking magnesium after dinner and I’ve been sleeping great which I’ve never been able to do before
If I had a tattoo for every supplement I've tried, I'd be covered in sleeves and pants.
Way too expensive, price is enough to keep you awake!
every time this guy it's like an advertisement
We should all be immortal by now with all these tips and tricks.
Thomas, perhaps the most important constituent of Cordyceps mushrooms is *myriocin*, which blocks ceramide accumulation in muscle. Ceramide accumulation is one of the main drivers of muscle aging. Experiments in mice found that ceramide blockers such as myriocin (or Takeda-2) prevented muscle loss in aging.
I took high quality Cordyceps Militaris: highly stimulating for at least 3 hours. No way using it as sleep aid.
I just watched this ad before the video that went on for almost 24 mins and the skip button never appeared! 😅
I am wondering if we might be upsetting the balance or synergy within our bodies, (whatever that is?) by artificially adding, or supplementing extra dosages of compounds into our bloodstream without understanding or considering the minimums levels required by each individual, considering our different lifestyles, work habits, immune deficiencies, etc...?
At this rate, I’m going to end up spending as much money on supplements as Bryan Johnson 😭
