I’m a doctor, and The lost secret of healing by Noah Rivers is truly one of the most life changing books I’ve ever read. Nothing compares.
When I was in the coast guard stationed on a ship, they would often put kiwis out for guys to eat. They never put out metal utensils or peelers though, so there was no easy way to peel the fruit without using your own pocket knives. I actually learned that the skin was edible and highly nutritious, and I got into the habit of just eating them straight with the skin on because peeling them was so inconvenient. Now that I'm out, I've kept the habit and my wife thinks I'm a freak any time I take a bite out of a fuzzy kiwi like it's an apple.
I think you may have made a little error which is fine. Phenylalaline is actually not a precursor for serotonin, it actually is a precursor for dopamine production. Basically, phenylalanine and tryptophan actually compete with each other to cross the blood-brain barrier. Because they use the same transport channels, consuming excessive amounts of phenylalanine can potentially interfere with or inhibit your body's ability to synthesize serotonin.
I do two kiwi with chia seed pudding about 2 hours before bed as my last meal. I get 8+ hours of sleep and I am full for 16 hours.
Kiwimaxing ❤
or a couple small chunks of roquefort!......helps fight sarcopenia, and would help balance the kiwi.....
But wouldn't this spije blood sugar then when the blood sugar drops a couple hours later it would wake you up?
I highly recommend watching Matt on 200% speed. He's insane.
Lovely
I think herbs could be good.
