Honestly, as a bigger runner, losing weight is amazing for running faster without running. If I lose 5-10 lbs I feel like I'm flying.
I am a classic burnout runner.- Too much too fast and that's it for 6 months until the next race draws near, then start over again.
Thanks to your Half Marathon training plan, I was able to run a 7 minute PB on the weekend. Still looking to improve my times in the future despite being 54 after returning to running 2 years ago.
I really appreciate videos that get straight to the point, stay on topic and cover a lot of categories without too much fluff. Awesome video, excellent work sir!
Great advice. I’m 68 always looking to improve my running. Especially at the hilly park run I attempt occasionally. Cheers
Great tips Ben! Agree, cycling, yoga, pilates, strength all good and add variety. By itself, running can be boring - so throw in a race now and again or choose a different training route.
I am a begginer, my pace right now is under 8 minute per km. I'll try this one up. Thank u🎉
Yoga with Adrienne! Love it!

I have a bad knee so running is rough for me. I'll try out these tips and see if I can see any improvement.
