I used to have terrible gut issues. Carnivore cured all of it. Ketovore now. I like some fruit and vegetables. Whole foods for the win!

I used to have gut issues where I couldn't even digest fiber. Blueberry skin would come out. I fixed it by fasting.

Bone broth pre-meal! PS: I make sandwich thins with an egg, some mozzarella, psyllium husk powder and a bit of baking powder. Make a burger with this, and you also get collagen.
