I used to have terrible gut issues. Carnivore cured all of it. Ketovore now. I like some fruit and vegetables. Whole foods for the win!

I used to have gut issues where I couldn't even digest fiber. Blueberry skin would come out. I fixed it by fasting.
Raw cabbage reinforces the mucus lining. This will also cure chronic heartburn. But you gotta chill on the bad habits.
