Two hours of being told to look inward, and my immediate response was to check my phone. I think I just proved every point in this episode simultaneously. The part that actually got me though - the idea that examining yourself isn't something you have to do, it's something you get to do. Reframing self-awareness as a privilege rather than homework is the kind of quiet shift that sounds small until you realize you've been dreading the wrong thing your whole life.

I have listened to the 4-part series w/Dr. Conti no less than 4 times. Through his words, I learned how to be self-reflective. I learned how to observe and understand the “why’s” of my behaviors. The new knowledge enabled me to find grace for myself and begin to heal. How I perceive life has changed on a fundamental level and I’m a much healthier person for it. 🙌🏻❤️

Posting good memories on the wall at home - I do just that. But I came to it from realisation that my 10k accumulation of pics are locked in my phone or cloud and no one sees them not even myself. Now I had the whole wall of them covering space along the stairs leading to the upper floor. It’s sheer joy !
