I’m 53 and run 5K, five mornings a week outside. Couldn’t tell you my BPM, VO₂ max, etc - I don't care. I just know I feel great.

Zone 2 for 70%, weights for 25%, and high intensity for 5% for me. Excellent video, cool to learn about some history there too!

Amen to the importance of power. Sadly, in my experience, endurance and power work tend to work against each other. Maximizing both is tricky.
