Lost 100lbs following this guys advice over the last couple years, fasting works. I don’t worry about the optimal details too much although I appreciate the info, I fast 22-23 hours per day, break my fast with protein most days and then eat whatever I’m in the mood for until I’m stuffed, making sure it’s going to get me close to a decent macro mark of moderate protein. Proof is in the mirror, the scale and my health markers. Don’t over complicate it, you’ll wind up chasing rabbits and catching none. Thanks Thomas for the inspiration and continued work!
Don’t eat anything. Ever again Except Popeye’s to cure a hangover after a night of a massive alcoholic rage
I am not a big fasting person but do long term fasting a few days a month. I like the idea of fasting at night as it does help me sleep better
Thomas, would really appreciate some fasting/routine info for folks that do second or third shift work assuming you have data available there to work with. Like I get up at Noon and head to bed 4-5am every night so I question how that sleep schedule impacts when I should/shouldn't eat and exercise. Something to think about, thanks man.

I could never understand the notion that ending a fast with fat helps our bodies use more fat. Knowing what I do about how the body works - it made no sense. So glad you debunked some of the ridiculous claims found on the internet.
This is reliable The more I watch and with the brilliant guests of, the more I learn. That's like gold specks in a pan of the sand that is the rest of the Internet. Fact is, very few people can explain it this well, or be trusted. People will say on the internet .... sadly most of them don't have a clue what they are on about.
