Before reading A Mind Made of Storms, I was constantly battling my inner turmoil. But this book gave me the tools to not only survive it but actually use it to my advantage. I stopped feeling powerless and started embracing my emotional intensity. The change has been unreal.

I follow what the Bible says on worry like “do not worry about tomorrow, for today has enough troubles of its own” (plus tomorrow isn’t even promised)….and lean on Jesus for everything. I’m only here today because of Him. ❤ Lots of talking (praying) to Him growing up to this day, crying to him…lots of journaling and writing prayers, thoughts etc. ✍️ 🙏

need to share this because it changed everything. was stuck in the same patterns for years - overthinking, self-doubt, feeling blocked. heard about this book Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers in a podcast and the quantum physics approach to manifestation finally made things click. 3 weeks after reading: noticed synchronicities everywhere, opportunities flowing naturally, and my mindset completely shifted. if you're feeling stuck like i was, the frequency alignment method in this book works. still amazed at how different life feels

For those who are Christian, A tool I will be adding as first and foremost in my toolbox is prayer asking Jesus to shut down every single voice but His. Then using a combination of tools like praise to Him, reading Scripture then turning into the self-coach of who God says that I am I keep a prayer binder to help me remember!

I like how Mel interviews her guests. She asks just the right questions to clarify what the speaker means. She really helps to create a framework for what is being said and often she'll circle back to something highlighting a good point. That is why she's #1 podcast!

God, this video brought back memories of a really dark time for me a couple years ago. I was stuck in this spiral where every little thing turned into "I'm not good enough" or "nothing ever works out for me." I'd wake up already heavy, like the thoughts were waiting for me before I even opened my eyes. It felt endless, like I was trapped in my own head. One rainy afternoon I ended up in this little bookstore hiding from the weather, and I pulled out this book called "The Unseen Law" by Kael Noven just because the cover looked intriguing. There was a section that talked about negative thoughts like drops of dark ink slowly coloring clear water – how the subconscious just accepts them and builds your whole reality around it. Something about that image hit me hard. I started paying attention to what I was "dropping" in there every day, especially at night. Tiny shifts at first, nothing dramatic. But slowly, the mornings got a little lighter. If you're feeling that weight right now, you're not alone – it does get better, one quiet choice at a time.

I’m king of negativity in my mind after I lost my 15 year old sister & then my mother recently at the age of 49 on July 4th. I’ve been angry with the world and it’s only hurting myself. I did the “high-five in the mirror” test yesterday and had the BEST day I’ve had in years + received like T different pieces of good news’ WOW! Day 2. At the gym currently and see this video pop up. Meant to be. Thank you, Mel ❤

If you're reading this right now, I just want to say; I'm rooting for you. We’re strangers, but that doesn’t mean I don’t care. I know what it’s like to feel like you're pushing a boulder uphill. I felt that way until I picked up Manifest and Receive by Eva Hartley I can’t explain it perfectly, but it changed my whole perspective. After checking it out on youtube and reading it things have been flowing—money, peace, confidence. maybe this is your moment too. Stay open. Wishing you more than you ever imagined✨
