Dr. Huberman, I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible educational content you share. As someone who is neurodiverse and not particularly well-educated, your podcasts have been an absolute game changer in helping me better understand the nature of human existence. I truly appreciate that you don't 'dumb down' the material, but instead present complex topics in a way that feels accessible yet deeply insightful. Your work has helped me learn and grow in ways I never thought possible—thank you
Thank you Huberman Lab for delivering this episode when I needed it the most
I am a 18 year old skateboarder with a 2 month old daughter, I have been watching huberman for those 2 months and I can’t explain how positive his role in my life is, especially as a kid who grew up fatherless. Andrew Huberman is one of the greatest men on the internet, and for that I thank him. A real gift from God.
Andrew Huberman made me fall in love with science. The topics are gifts to humanity. Thank you...gratitude ❤
Your Dad was so proud of you & knew how hard you worked. And he wasn’t alone. You gave as much as your 18 yr old self was able..
Most indigenous people kids slept in one room. Me in just recent childhood used to sleep in one room, and it was fun and cosy. I think most values that you talked about as not being existed in western part of the world are still existing on some of remote areas and villages in many countries. And I don't know why but spending the days in the villages in summer time with very basics compare to city lifestyle was the best time ever to remember when thinking of the early days. Its worthwhile to check in some villages and some remote areas where people of old generation with older time values still live and practice what have been swiped off by the capitalism and consumerism
Loved that episode, and I think, after listening, Ari Wallach will appreciate this quote by George Bernard Shaw: ‘This is the true joy in life, being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.’
Dr. Huberman, kan you make a podcast about what God means to you, how did you discover God, what means for you to pray? Dou you believe in afterlife? Thank you so much for all your podcast ❤
PLEASE do an episode on egoism and how it’s toxic. I feel like it could help a lot of people identify problems. (:
