On some level insure Doctor Mike is right. Most of us aren’t looking to maximize muscle growth at the expense of our health. Mike runs gear, and is all about gaining as much muscle as possible.

I love this.. I had only been consuming protein post workout, funny when I did eat carbs like rice or potatoes I actually slept better and felt better. I love this man!! He's funny and super smart!! Love the way he explains things too! he is my FAV!!

I can attest to taking more protein. I only ate 100 grams of protein and had problems recovering. I increased it to 250 and WOW what a difference. I am 46 at 155lb. I noticed it after two months.
