I've been tracking my heart rate while sleeping . When my stomach is empty my heart rate drops below 50 beats per minute . Food in my stomach at or above 60 bpm.
The problem with “eat like a king …..” is that at least for me breakfast is a stressful meal as there is stress to be on time (school work other stuff), lunch and dinner are social time without stress ….
My sleep quality sucks unless I eat before bed..
Brushing early makes a huge difference to snacking. Thanks Dr Brad.

How can we mix in INTERMITTENT FASTING..?? We generally have a medium early dinners 5 to 6pm and then nothing to midday
