My experience with Glycine is very positive. Unlike melatonin, it doesn’t seem to increase my deep sleep percentage. But it shrinks the light sleep and waking moments. If I wake up, the urge to go back to sleep is very strong. I wake up feeling more rested. I take 5-7g about 30 minutes before sleep, diluted in small amount of water (100ml) so I am less likely to wake up for urination. I also take 1g of NAC at the same tome.
Imagine being a study subject for three months and finding out you were taking a placebo. I'd be pissed.
I take Glycine at night and sleep like a baby ❤️❤️
Glycine helps me tremendously feel great the next day and sleep deeper .
I already slept 8+ hours before taking glycine. Now I sleep over 9 hours since taking it, lol.
One factor I noticed almost no one talks about is that when I take it I sweet a lot less during gym and cardio training.
