One thing people don’t tell most people about creating is that you really have to up your water intake because if you don’t, you will experience in a lot of cases what I did and that is severe muscle cramping
I’m 36, had low testosterone. Got a testosterone cream script back in August and I cannot believe how awesome I look and feel even a month and a half later. I highly suggest anyone failing to get gains at the gym get their testosterone checked. It was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself.
