Ich esse nur zwischen 6 Uhr und 8 Uhr abends, den Rest des Tages faste ich. Ich bin 75 und habe keinerlei Probleme mit meiner Gesundheit und mit meinem Gewicht.

I am about to complete my first 72 hour fast and i feel great i have been doing a lot of 24 hour and 48 hours with intermittent fasting in-between each 24 and 48 extended fast just water and some salt as needed during my extended fasts i feel amazing and i have over the last month lost 32 pounds basically a pound a day fasting has changed my life and improved my health and fitness i have changed how i eat and what i eat and the weight is just dropping off of me
