My own experience has shown me that in order to lose weight, you need to combine four or five things in the ideal way: first, cut out processed foods and only eat natural, unprocessed foods (eggs, chicken, meat, fish, avocado, vegetables, and berries); second, get good sleep; Finally, avoid eating anything after 6 p.m. and take at least an hour's walk each day.
Hello! Im from korea! I have some sort of an idea of losing fat! I was 120kg and now im 75kg! And plus got rid of high blood pressure, acne, stomach pain and alot more! All thanks to Carnivore diet! And now I have started my own youtube channel to share my journey and spread the Carnivore life style to koreans! Wish me luck!

I can vouch for this. Definitely works! At 50 yrs old I’m at my thinnest in decades by just doing OMAD. I stay pretty low carb but no exercise at all. Easier than anything else I’ve ever tried and totally sustainable!
Exercise…At 64 years, I’m using a mini trampoline (rebounder) an hour every day for low impact aerobic dance, and Wow 😱 how my body has toned right up. It’s fun and not painful. Exercise is important and does things to return a body to its younger state, promoting better blood flow and hormones that were going dormant, etc. You have to Chase your youth and beauty. The legs are the largest bones in the body, they make red blood cells etc. We have to activate that process when we are aging IMO. Find something you like that’s fun and do it every day .
Nothing beats the Steak and egg diet 68 year old natural bodybuilder I've tried them all.
Once a day dosent work for me. The hunger becomes so distracting it's difficult.t to perform tasks and work. Ideal for me is 3 meals❤
At 12:01 Someone does not know how to fry an egg. The temperature should not be so high. Give them to the dog and start over.

this makes sense. when i am training, IF saps my energy when I want to exercise. When I am deloading or need to take some time off from training, IF works better.
