Hard to relate to or implement almost all of this. The treadmill usage seemed dismissive and made it harder to pay attention. Sorry Thomas, really love all your content, and this isn't a knock on you at all.

Ignore the haters. The way this man leads his family and life is amazing. Self control, discipline, and intentionality are major components to a fulfilled life. Too many of us are just drifting through our days in a fog, criticizing people who have figured things out and are taking time out of their routines to help us. Thank you Thomas and Ben!!
