Guys. Im going to teach you a secret. Eat muscle meat and high collagen dense (tendon, chicken feet, beef shank, beef knuckles, bone broth etc). 60% muscle meat + 40% high collagen meat. This is how you recover joints and tendons. When you do deadlift, pullups pushups whatever. It's harsh on your joints and tendons.

My daily post-workout meal. 225 gm non-fat greek yogurt; 120gm blueberries (or other fruit); 10 gm collagen peptides; 30 gm vanilla whey - all mixed up in a smoothie bowl. delicious. when I am strict with this regimen, my skin really comes alive, and I feel great.
