Guys. Im going to teach you a secret. Eat muscle meat and high collagen dense (tendon, chicken feet, beef shank, beef knuckles, bone broth etc). 60% muscle meat + 40% high collagen meat. This is how you recover joints and tendons. When you do deadlift, pullups pushups whatever. It's harsh on your joints and tendons.
I take Glycine before bed…
Bone broth has glycine in it as well. I drink this daily and before I work out.
