This Powder Drops Inflammation, Shrinks Fat and Builds Serious Muscle (5g per day)
Synthesize 3 Years of Creatine Research into Actionable, Optimized Protocols
Master the latest research on dosage, synergistic compounds, and whole-body benefits of creatine to maximize strength, brain function, and metabolic health.
Short Summary
- Monohydrate remains the best, most cost-effective form; advanced forms offer no superiority.
- Pairing creatine with sodium/electrolytes significantly boosts muscle uptake (up to 47%) and prevents puffiness.
- New findings show creatine enhances bone remodeling, immune function (via white blood cell ATP), and metabolic flexibility beyond muscle building.
- Optimal dosage varies: 7g for general maintenance, 8-20g for targeted cognitive performance enhancement.
This presentation distills findings from extensive recent research across muscle, brain, and systemic health. Learn how dosage timing impacts upper vs. lower body gains and critically evaluate old myths surrounding kidney strain and hair loss.

45y Old male.. I only take 4g a day 270lb.. tremendous change in energy level and lowered stress.. brain feels like a Cadillac. .. tasks are just done no hesitation.. I have no doubts creatine is directly connected to this change in mental mood and energy.. it's nothing like the feeling of caffeine.. it feels natural.. no sleep issues if anything sleep has improved..
I must say, re the "NOT FAKE" in your thumbnail, how refreshing it is to watch a good old style YT video, when so many these daze are AI, even putting words in famous people's mouths, ugh-ly eh! Much thanks to you for staying human, lol.
I’ve been on 8 grams a day mixed with my ELMT during my rides(I cycle 100+ miles a week). I just started 6 weeks ago. Everything’s been improving from my sleep to my muscle strength. Besides my maintenance days, I’m crushing personal records on a regular basis. This shit is a must for active people.
I am on a weight cut phase. 10kg loss currently. During my massive weight loss process, my weight dropped, and so did my strength. My pull-ups fell from 8 in a row to zero. I took creatine without loading, and 1 week later, I managed to do a clean pull-up. I am currently on my third week of creatine and doing 3 clean pull-ups in a row while still losing weight. Oh yeah, I took creatine on my massive weight loss journey cause it's zero calories, too.
08:40 Increased memory for those 65 and older? Guess I'll be remembering where I put my keys for decades to come, thanks to creatine!

Love your channel...I am a PhD (Leadership and Policy), and a 38-year Active Duty Navy Operator. I retired in 2018 and am currently 65...as an operator, remaining fit was part of my duties, and to date I am still very fit, but it is getting much more difficult because I am training like I was still 25 and being 320% disabled, pain is my biggest challenge. I took a page out of Ayurvedic medicine and have begun drinking AM tea made from cinnamon sticks, cloves, lemon, fresh ginger and fresh turmeric. I've noticed a significant difference in digestion, joint pain, and other metabolic functions, but trying to figure out how to add Lysine to my diet and how to use it for max benefit at my age.
